Harrogate Town must stay focused, says boss Simon Weaver
Weaver’s men are up to fifth in Vanarama National North after a three-match winning streak early in the season.
Dominic Knowles scored a last gasp winner to take Town past a defiant Hednesford Town at the CNG Stadium 2-1 on Saturday, after Brendan Daniels had his new club ahead on his first league start.

Hide AdKnowles was also on target in Monday night’s 2-1 win over newly-promoted Curzon Ashton.
However, Town’s winner came from the unlikely source of defender Luke Shiels, who netted in the second half (watch highlights above).
Weaver admitted he had allowed himself a brief look at the table following Monday night’s win, but reasoned that topping the table at this stage of the season meant relatively little.
And he has told his squad to keep their feet firmly on the floor ahead of fellow in-form side Tamworth’s visit on Satruday.

“I’m sure people are noticing us but what everyone else thinks is up to them. We can only control what we can do.
“We have to stay focused and not get carried away with anything.
“The first 20 minutes against Tamworth will be crucial on Saturday as we have to make sure we are bright and breezy.”
