FC Halifax Town: Interest is high in manager's job
Head of Scouting Neil Young is the caretaker-manager after Billy Heath left the club on Wednesday.
There could be plenty more applications to come, with the club receiving hundreds in the wake of Neil Aspin’s departure in 2015.

“You’ve got to bear in mind it only happened on Wednesday, applications are coming in, and we’ve got to study them,” he said.
“There was no work in place for making a change because we hoped we wouldn’t have to.
“It’s about getting the right quality of manager.”
Bosomworth confirmed Young is set to be in charge of training next week, and that it is “more than likely” he will still be at the helm for Town’s game at Wrexham next Saturday.

“From a fans’ point of view, I’m sure the message will be ‘make sure you get it right’. I can assure everyone the board wants to get it right.
“But we have to see who’s available.”
