Firefighters tackle car blaze in Rastrick
A newly-bought car caught on fire in Rastrick in the early hours of this morning.
Brighouse fire crews were called to Malham Road, Rastrick, at 1.50am, after the owner of the Ford Fiesta heard a loud bang and saw his car alight.
Firefighters said the car had only just been purchased and filled up with diesel.
The Ford was completely destroyed.
There are no suspicious circumstances around how the fire started.
