Stepping out in memory of dancer Faye
Lightcliffe resident Faye Knowles-Chapman, who died in March 2013, was diagnosed with cervical cancer when she was 24.
The group started their eight mile route at the Weavers Arms in Luddendenfoot as they walked through the villages of Mytholmroyd, Midgley and Wainstalls.

“Also a huge thank you to the Weavers for having us and putting on the fabulous food.”
A raffle held after the memorial walk raised a fantastic £416 and the foundation would like to thank everyone who donated and thank you to everyone who bought tickets.
While she was seriously ill, she joined the calls for the age limit for smear tests to be lowered and her family and friends are continuing the campaign in her memory through the foundation.
