The stars of the screen, all part of the Exit25 Young Performer’s Agency in Brighouse, were given the opportunity to attend auditions in the summer of last year for the renowned chains.

Julie Fountain, founder of the theatre company, said she hopes to bring the success of last year into 2015.

“All the filming and auditions for the Aldi advert took place in Halifax. It was great for the company and our students,” she said.

There were seven children selected to film the Aldi advert - Ally and Nell Curry, of Woodhouse Primary School; Oscar Lee, of Holy Trinity Junior and Infants, Halifax; Matthew Booth, of St Chad’s Junior and Infants; Eleisha Seager, of Copley Junior School; and Megan Hall, of Bailiffe Bridge Junior and Infants.

The seven were split into two groups and recorded the advert separately. A final version was chosen, edited and appeared on TV.

Twins Billie Jo and Abigail Wood were selected from headshots at the 11th hour to attend an audition in London for Domino’s Pizza. The St Andrew’s Junior School students were picked to be the top of the crop among hundreds of other twins from all over the country and spent two days filming in and around London.

Other children at the agency have taken roles in the TV adverts for Nutella. A young member just missed out on a role in the film “Exodus”.
