And all wheels are in motion in our communities, as the final preparations are made to welcome riders to the borough.
The race, now in its fourth year, kicks off on May 3 and takes in more than 700km of God’s Own Country.

Hide AdDay four - on May 6 - will see the spotlight firmly on Halifax as it will be the start point for the final leg of the race.
It is the second time that the cycling event, a legacy of the 2014 Tour de France Grand Depart in Yorkshire, has passed through the district.
In anticipation we take a look back at the highlights of the 2017 race when cyclists tackled the Cote de Shibden and passed through Halifax town centre.
