Crowds enjoy the sun at Brighouse Gala
The weather helped to pull in the crowds and raise money for the many charities who provided countless hours of entertainment in Wellholme Park.
Organisers said it had been a massive success with more than £8,000 being made on the gates.

Hide AdEvery stall had massive queues throughout the day as people gave generously to help the many charities on the field.
Although slightly shorter than last year the procession was a huge hit with people already asking to take part next year.
Young musicians on the stage helped to draw in the crowds as well as the dog show which had a record number of entries.
Even the police helicopter tied in a trip over the town to wave to the crowds as it passed.
