Video: The search for Lindsay’s killer continues, 20 years on

Police are hoping to crack the case of an unsolved murder of a teenage girl who went missing 20 years ago in Hebden Bridge.

Two decades have passed since 13-year-old Lindsay Jo Rimer was last seen in the town and detectives are re-launching an appeal to track down her killer or killers.

The last known sighting of the Calder High School student was just after 10.22pm at the Spar shop on Crown Street, Hebden Bridge, on November 7, 1994.

Her body was found five months later in the Rochdale Canal.

Marking the 20th anniversary of her disappearance, detectives are appealing directly to the local community for help to crack the case.
