A proper Yorkshire burger
The newly refurbished Rift & Co bar in the old Royal Baths building is serving up a Yorkshire twist on the American classic with a Yorkshire pudding burger.
The burger with Yorkshire puddings instead of bread, follows hot on the heels of the doughnut burger trend.

Hide AdBar manager Jeremy Ambrose came up with the idea to combine the two menu favourites.
He said: “I have seen the doughnut burger on a menu in a Leeds restaurant and thought I wanted to try and do something different.
“The new menu will have a big burger selection but wanted something really that stands out on the menu.”
So far Mr Ambrose is the only person to have tried to the burger which was created by chef Pete Simons.

“People want to try something different that they maybe wouldn’t have at home when they go out to eat.”
Rift & Co, was formerly known as Revolution and has recently undergone a rennovation.
Peeling back the plasterwork has revealed the original tiles of the Royal Baths which had been covered up for decades.
