The semi-detached properties are numbers two and three on Acacia Grove, on the Banksfield Estate in Mytholmroyd, Hebden Bridge, although they are not joined to each other.

The vacant, freehold homes both have a hall, reception room and dining kitchen downstairs, with a landing, three bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, and gardens outside.

The properties are among more than 200 lots going under the hammer at a remote bidding auction on Wednesday, February 17, at 8.30am.

A Bond Wolfe spokesman said: “The auction will be livestreamed via our website, with remote bidding by proxy, telephone or internet only.”

The average house price in Calderdale in November 2020, according to the latest UK House Price Index, was £155,180.
