Catch West Vale launches new cook at home Mother’s Day menu

Whether you’re spending it together or apart, the team at Catch have put together the perfect menu for mum to enjoy.

Diners missing the restaurant can experience Catch quality dishes that have been expertly prepared to enjoy at home.

The luxury three course menu consists of Shellfish Bisque, Salmon Wellington and Boozy Chocolate Brownie. For something special, diners can also opt to enjoy oysters with shallot vinegar, or a wine pairing to complete the experience.

Preorders open on Saturday, March 6.
