Hide AdRachel Dilley, Practice Manager of Town Hall Dental, said: “We’re incredibly proud to be supporting the team at Overgate hospice, and we have a responsibility as a community to come together and help where it’s needed most.
“As healthcare providers, Overgate and our NHS are on the front lines fighting this crisis, and any way we can help we will.
“We’ve always been focused on outreach and supporting those in need.”
Town Hall Dental is also offering a video consultation service, in a bid to adhere to social distancing whilst providing care for patients. Staff are still offering emergency appointments, but those with Covid-19 symptoms have been asked to stay at home.

Being able to provide consultations for patients remotely ensures that people can stay home and prevent any unnecessary social contact.
“Patients can speak directly to their dentist either by phone or video chat, who can diagnose any oral health problems remotely,” said Ms Dilley.
The hospice is still in need of clinical face masks. If you would like to donate Personal Protective Equipment to Overgate Hospice, call 01422 387121.
