Ludbrooks in line for treble

Ludbrooks was only established last year but has expanded rapidly across Calderdale, providing sales and lettings alongside their recent drone surveys of properties.

The British Property Awards are voted for by other estate agents, and Ludbrooks are nominated for the Yorkshire and national categories for best customer service.

Darren Ludbrook, managing director of Ludbrooks estates, said: “As a fairly new estate agency, it is fantastic to be recognised so early in our history as providing high levels of service.

“We are always trying to innovate with our sales and marketing strategies to ensure our customers get the best value for money, but service is a key focus for us and to receive this award is a real testament to our efforts.”

The judging criteria is comprehensive and detailed, exploring different mediums, scenarios and time periods to ensure that agents have been rigorously and fairly judged.

Robert McLean, from the British Property Awards said: “Our awards have been specifically designed to be attainable to all agents, removing common barriers to entry, such as cost, to ensure that we have the most inclusive awards. If an agent wins one of our accolades, it is simply down to the fantastic customer service levels they have demonstrated.”
