Hebden Bridge publisher sees book up for prestigious award
Previous authors chosen include James Joyce, Oscar Wilde, and Edna O’Brien.
The annual project One Dublin One Book aims to encourage everyone in Dublin to read a designated book connected with the capital city during the month of April every year.

Hide AdLeonard and Hungry Paul will be promoted throughout the cityscape via banners, flags and pennants and in all the libraries in Ireland.
It will be celebrated in programming on RTE Radio and TV and events in the city in April.
Leonard and Hungry Paul was published by Bluemoose in 2019 and it has been shortlisted for six literary prizes including Kerry Irish Book of The Year, British Book of The Year and the Society of Authors McKitterick Prize.
“Everyone at Bluemoose knew the first time we read Ronan’s debut that we had found something special,” says publisher Kevin Duffy.
