It’s time to get those tickling sticks at the ready as legendary comic Ken Dodd arrives at St George’s Hall, Bradford with his hugely popular Christmas Happiness Show.

Described by Michael Billington, of The Guardian as “an astonishing phenomenon: the last in a line of great music hall comics that stretches back from Dan Leno and George Robey to Max Miller and Max Wall”, Dodd is celebrating over 60 years as a professional entertainer.

A true comedy genius Ken Dodd continues to pack theatres over the length and breadth of the UK and he still loves nothing better than making audiences laugh. He says:

“Laughter is the greatest music in the world, and people come to my shows wanting to be entertained and escape the cares and worries of everyday life for a couple of hours (at least!).”
