Brods fell to another defeat to an experienced South Yorkshire side who dominated the first half from which Brods could not recover.
The first points were claimed by Wath fullback Quinn after 10 minutes play, kicking a penalty following Brods fringing offside.
With Wath in the ascendancy they won a line out close to the Brods line, drove and flanker Morgan broke from the back of the maul to claim the first try and make it 8-0 after 20 minutes play.
Playing up the hill the confident visitors declined an opportunity to extend their lead with an easy penalty kick and opted to scrummage 15 yards out from the home line in a central position.
The ball was won from the scrum and moved efficiently to their winger Brett Small to touchdown wide on the right and extend the lead to 13-0.
Following half time, the south Yorkshire men were on the scoreboard again after five minutes play when their elusive centre Shane Brown broke several tackles on his way to the line, and with a conversion the score line of 20-0 looked a difficult task to overcome.
Brods were fighting hard however, breaks from Mallard and Scrimshaw were not supported sufficiently to convert to tries. Brods worked good position towards the visitors line, however when they needed it most they were unable to retain possession from the resulting lineout and Wath cleared their lines. After defending for most of the second half Wath broke and extended their lead with a try under the posts.
In the last 10 minutes Brods mustered themselves for a final effort, Rob Jennings who had worked hard all afternoon with little reward was unlucky not to cross the whitewash having broken several tackles in a blockbusting charge only to lose his footing with the line at his mercy.
Brods continued to press and Callum Thompson broke the Brods duck with a further string drive to score under the posts and give Wood an easy conversion.
