Brighouse Pool hosted the Brighouse Swimming Club Internal Gala 3 last Friday evening.
With swimmers aged from eight to over 40 giving great performances in the pool, there were many medals and ribbons up for grabs on the night.
Eight-year-old Charlotte Shaw demonstrated fantastic swimming in her two events and walked away with two gold medals, while Julia Millington also cleared the board with her three events, winning three golds.
Senior Gent swimmers Tom Garnett and Steve Price were great competition for one another as they achieved new personal best times while winning the gold and silver medals between them.
In the boys 13 and 14-year events, Cameron Price and Ben Bottomley settled for joint first in the 25m freestyle with Dylan Walch closely taking second place.
It certainly was a fantastic race to watch.
Evan Clark walked away with his fair share of gold medals too for his swims on the night as did Poppy Layden-Fritz, who won all golds for her events, sharing one of them with Anneka Barmby when they touched joint first in the 50m Breaststroke event.
And 11-year-old Ellis Kaye gave a great performance in her four events achieving four gold medals.
