To celebrate the launch of the BBC’s new Strictly Come Dancing series, Limelight is offering a free class to anyone who’s been bitten by the dancing bug. Why not go along and emulate your favourite dancers by waltzing, jiving and quick-stepping yourself to fitness?
The free class will take place in the Brighouse High School gym tonight (Thursday) at 7pm. Classes will then commence, usually at a cost of £4.50 and are pay as you go, so this is a great opportunity to have a go at something new.
Teacher Lisa McCann, who trained with Strictly professionals Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe, said:”It’s so much fun and really effective. You don’t to be a great dancer and it’s perfect if watching the television show makes you want to get up and move.”
Created by Strictly professionals Ian and Natalie, Fitsteps takes the very best of ballroom and Latin and mixes it with the latest, proven ways to get fit fast while delivering an exciting and fun fitness experience.
