A 14-year-old boy has admitted to charges of having sexual activity with a child under the age of 18.
The teenager, who cannot be identified, committed the offences in the Rastrick area - one in his bedroom on July 5, 2013, and the following day in a tent in a Rastrick park.
Judge John Potter said this was a case involving two people of a tender age experimenting in sexual activity.
The boy, who has no previous conviction or reprimands, was given a conditional discharge.
Four other teenagers who also appeared on related rape charges for aiding and abetting were found not guilty as no evidence was submitted by the prosecution.
