Brighouse based recruitment agency Transline Group has appointed Mark Granger as head of permanent recruitment as the business seeks to increase market share and revenues from its recruitment services.
Transline Group, which is based at Stoneleigh on Halifax Road, has seen impressive growth in recent years, surpassing £225m in revenue in 2015.
Much of the expansion is as a result of high demand for temporary workforces, and the business is now looking to drive growth for its permanent offering, along with its wider portfolio of services.
Mark’s previous role was as account director for recruitment process outsourcing and volume permanent recruitment with PMP Recruitment.
He was responsible for the placement of individuals in high level management positions for major blue chip clients, as well as the implementation of a permanent recruitment model.
Mark said: “Transline is uniquely positioned to succeed in generating organic growth from its permanent recruitment services, and has a stand out offering within the sector that ought to see new clients join the business too.
“I will relish the opportunity to lead this drive to expand the permanent recruitment arm of the business.”
Operations director Chris Birkby said: “We always go above and beyond for all of our clients – and this appointment will see us able to expand and enhance our permanent offering for clients, as well as pushing for new business too.
“Having developed the relationship with Mark, we are both excited and confident that now is the right time to refine our offerings in the permanent recruitment sector.
“I am excited for what Mark will bring to the table and look forward to working with him.”
