Brighouse-based training company Lattitude7 held a special party to celebrate five years in business.

Lattitude7, on Pond Farm Drive, offers personal and business development services and has clients in the public sector, private sector and schools.

The work takes founder Martin Haigh all over the country and he currently has clients in Devon, Newcastle, Manchester, York and Hull, and is currently involved in a programme with Calderdale Council.

Martin is also set to start a new project with Jaguar Land Rover, in Coventry, this month.

Lattitude7 has won a number of awards including The Brighouse Echo New Business Award in 2012 and the Innovator of the Year Award at the Brighouse Echo Awards in 2014.

Clients, suppliers and friends were invited to the celebration at Prego in Brighouse.

“I started by doing some pro-bono work for the Community Foundation for Calderdale and, through word of mouth and referrals, the business really took off,” said Martin.

“We take great care to ensure that customer needs are exceeded and that our involvement isn’t just delivering training sessions but is seen as a holistic, sustainable, learning experience.

“The company is well established, I have some lovely clients and I am looking forward to creating some additional programmes to help organisations think more creatively about their business and, importantly, the people with it.

Many of Lattitude7’s programmes are delivered in-house but their next open programme is their Stage Fright presentations skills programme, taking place at Holdsworth House on October 20.
