New owners of an expanding Brighouse dentist have invested more than £100,000 intothe practice and recruited a full team of health professionals.
The Fresh Smile Clinic has recruited two new dentists and a medical doctor with a special interest in facial aesthetics, in its bid to provide specialist employment opportunities and cope with record numbers through its doors.
The practice, helmed by Sheffield University graduate and the pioneering principal dentist Dr Kirrin Punia, has welcomed 50 new patients a month since taking over and the company now plans to launch a state-of-the-art 3D CT scanner in February in its bid to embrace the digital age.
Dr Punia, who has been providing private dentistry since 2006, said the new facility will cater for all ages and financial backgrounds and provides a comprehensive list of advanced and traditional services for patients.
“We strongly believe that amazing dentistry should be accessible for all. The ‘school dentist’ experience of years gone by has left many people with a fear of coming to the dentist,” Dr Punia said.
“The Fresh Smile Clinic has evolved massively over the years, but the aim has always been to help individuals feel comfortable when attending the dentist, as we know that it can be a source of anxiety for many people. We will always find a solution and we can’t wait for more new patients to come and enjoy our amazing new practice in Huddersfield.”
