Appointments made to deliver £1 million

Rastrick Big Local Partnership is preparing to launch its Voice Your Choice budgetory scheme.

The group, which is in charge of £1million of Lottery funding to spend in the area, has made to new appointment to help deliver the project

Richard Evans will run Voice Your Choice with £65,000 in 2015 available for children and young people projects in Rastrick.

Helen Thompson has been appointed by RBL, to succeed Tony Mullin, as Big Local Trust rep.

The partnership islooking to appoint a worker to deliver the Big Local Plan, the overall proposal over how and where the money will be spent over the next 10 years.

Adrian Hartshorn, RBL ambassador said: “We are looking to appoint an experienced, outgoing and self-organised engagement and development worker to work with them and local people to implement and deliver the vision in our Big Local Plan.

“The selection process will be based on applicants meeting the criteria laid out in the work activities and person specification of the tender document.”
