Good Times: Live music and new menus

l Tonight (Thursday) at The Barge the jam session is with Hard Rock Outlaws.

On Friday, Hysteria will take to the stage and on Saturday night the live music is from The Surge.

On Sunday evening the live music is wrapped up with Pink Peg Slax.

l On Friday night at Jeremy’s there is live music from 9pm from Forgotten Funk, who are an eight piece funk band playing a wide selection of tracks from Stevie Wonder to Grover Washington.

On Saturday, again from 9pm, Afterglow will entertain with popular pop and rock covers that will get you singing and dancing right the way through.

The Sunday acoustic from 4pm is with Serendipity.

l On Friday night at The Whitehall, Hipperholme, it has the popular Psychoslinkys to entertain.

The group has a great following so arrive early to avoid disappointment.

l The Old Mill on Wakefield Road will, from Tuesday next week, have a new menu on offer.

It has spent months in tasting and perfecting its dishes ready to take advantage of the seasonal produce on offer.

The new menu includes Asian-style rare beef salad, wagyu burger and chicken makhani tiffin. plus the more traditional offerings with something for everyone.

l Looking ahead to the end of this month and the start of the Easter holidays, The Armytage Arms at Clifton is offering kids dine for a quid with every adult meal.

Plus it has drinks offers and plenty more going on.
