Lisa said: “We’ve always wanted our own theme tune, so we used the extra time lockdown has provided to get one made.

“All the proceeds are going to the NHS so we hope people will buy it and keep dancing.”

During lockdown, the dance studio launched a video streaming service, with all their usual classes. Dance and fitness content is uploaded daily at www.thelimelight.live.“Lisa runs all the classes from the studio and so far, she’s not completely lost the plot while dancing and speaking to an empty room. It’s been a steep learning curve but we are determined to make sure people keep dancing,” said James.

The ‘Boogie Babes Twist’ is available to download on iTunes and Amazon Music.
