“Several years ago, Aflex Hose identified the need to consolidate operations in various secondhand units, into a single state of the art production facility, to drive efficiency and facilitate growth.

"The business is gradually relocating into a new purpose built 200,000 sq ft facility in Huddersfield, and we have already completed the sales of two factory premises, in Brighouse and Sowerby Bridge.

“The property is located on the edge of Brighouse town centre, overlooking the canal, and is due to cease production imminently. It could suit a range of uses in the future, subject to planning consent.”
