According to the Scotsman “those big neon letters cannot be far away” for brilliant comedienne Vicky Stone who headlines an Evening of Comedy at the Holiday Inn, Brighouse on April 8.

The gig is a collaboration between Brighouse-based Foot of the Barrel productions and the Holiday Inn.

Vicki is joined by local favourite Jack Carroll who burst onto the comedy scene as runner-up in the hit TV show Britain’s Got Talent in 2013.

Also on the bill are Nathan Hudson and Jack Shanik.

Vikki Stone is a multi-talented comedian, actress, singer and musician and winner of The Soho Theatre One Night Stand Up Award.

Her TV appearances include The John Bishop Show, I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, That Sunday Night Show and This Morning.

Since Jack Carroll’s success in Britain’s Got Talent he’s been seen on Sunday Night At The Palladium, Trollied, Big School, The One Show, 4 O’Clock Club and numerous others programmes.

Also on the bill Nathan Hudson is a ‘Hilarity Bites’ finalist with insightful banter and bonhomie.

Jack Shanik is ‘Comedy Cellar Best New Yorkshire Act’ runner-up. ‘Impressive wordplay and memorable one-liners’ - bbc.co.uk

The event is compered by Elliot J Huntley, who has a fabulous array of highly inventive tall-tales and gently twisted punchlines regarding relationships, fatherhood and hanging around low quality nightclubs in the grim hope of an extra curricular dalliance.
