BRIGHOUSE businessman, Ess Green, and street dance crew, The A-Team, have made it through to the grand final of ‘Got To Dance’.
The group performed on the hit dance show on Sunday night and were victorious in winning one of the two places available in the live grand finale, due to be aired on March 4 at the London Olympia.
They were judged by a panel of three dance experts, Ashley Banjo from Diversity, Pussycat Doll Kimberly Wyatt and Adam Garcia, tap dancer and movie actor who said the performance was unbelievable and amazing.
Adam said: “The words ‘jaw dropping’ don’t encapsulate what I saw. I didn’t dare blink. You’ve got to be in the final.”
Ess said he was overwhelmed by the judges comments. “It really was a sign of relief because on the Friday before we performed there was a lot of big changes and the big ending move where I flip off someone’s head, which has never been done before so it was quite a big deal, only got put in two days before we performed.
“We did have quite a few hick ups but we smashed it on the night and it was actually perfect. We did the best we could have done.”
