Final preparations are being made before the Brighouse Business Initiative (BBI) serves up a feast of food and crafts at its Spring Market.
The annual event, which will be held on Saturday, April 26, from 9am until 4pm , is a showcase of local producers and makers and will feature several new stalls this year.
Stalls will line Commercial Street and thousands of visitors are anticipated to arrive in town. Market Street, Bradford Road, Park Street and King Street will also be closed.
Lesley Adams, BBI chairwoman, said: “It’s going to be a fantastic family day out celebrating all the food and crafts from the Brighouse area.
“This is the first event of our 2014 programme, which will run right through until Christmas. Lots of future events will be revealed soon.”
