Town unveil new team at the top

BRIGHOUSE Town have appointed their new management team in readiness for their steps on to the first rungs of the Football League ladder.
Coming in as manager to the newly accepted Northern Counties East Division One club is Hipperholme-based Mark Brier and he will be assisted by former professional player Darren Attwood.
A delighted Town manager Chris Lister broke the exclusive news to Echo Sport and added that Brier was just one of five quality applicants.
"Mark's attributes are that he knows his way around the Northern Counties East League and has plenty of coaching work and schools behind him and we feel he is the best man to take us into this new beginning for Brighouse Town," said Lister.
"I now have the unenviable job of letting the other guys down who were all up for this job and had their own first class credentials to carry out a job for us."
