Brighouse based Severn Unival, holder of the Queen’s Award for Enterprise, hosted a skills session delivered by training company Lattitude7 as part of the British Valve andc Actuator Association’s (BVAA) training programme.

Martin Haigh, founder of Lattitude7, delivered the interpersonal skills and employee engagements sessions at Severn Unival, one of the chosen centres of excellence, at their Birds Royd Lane site last week.

The members of the group spent two days in Brighouse working on new product introduction processes and attending the training programme.

Rob Bartlett, director of BVAA, has asked Martin to deliver the next training session on leadership and emotional intelligence in May.
