Members of Brighouse Theatre Productions gatheredfor their annual carol concert at Central Methodist Church.
The theatre group’s choir was accompanied by Clifton and Lightcliffe Brass Band and the soloist was Ami Nichols.
Brighouse Theatre Productions are now busy rehearsing for their pantomime ‘Beauty and the Beast’ which will be staged at Brighouse Civic Hall from January 23 to 26.
Joining the cast on stage will be dancers from the PM Gibson School of Theatre Dance. The cast includes Chris Sheard as the Dame, and John Murphy as the mischievous Jacques.
The production team includes Pete Forsyth, musical director Jill Lambert and choreographer Philippa Gibson.
Behind the scenes, a hard-working team of stage crew will be pulling out all the stops to make sure the show goes with a swing.
Publicity officer Margaret Hallatt said: “These people have an important role to play in ensuring that the pantomime is a success. Everyone from the stage manager, director, musicians and scene shifters down to the front of house team has a vital part to play.”
Tickets for ‘Beauty and the Beast’ are available by ‘phoning 01484 402435. Evening performances are at 7.15pm, with matinees on Saturday at 2.15pm and Sunday at 1.15pm. Tickets cost £10 for adults and £7 for children and senior citizens.
