Crowds gathered in Brighouse to catch a rare glimpse of the solar eclipse this morning.
Lords Photodigital, Commercial Street, was a hive of activity as visitors grabbed the chance to catch the phenomenon.
Telescopes were set up outside the shop from 8.30am and images of the eclipse were then projected onto screens.
Steven Lord, owner of the store, said: “It was a terrific morning and a really good community gathering.
“It reminded me of when the Tour de France came, as everybody was watching it as it happened.
“We were really pleased that we got some good weather and some people were seeing things they had never seen before.
“It got more exciting as the light started to fade and there was an eerie glow.”
We love to receive you pictures, so if you managed to snap some fantastic images of the eclipse send them to firstname.lastname@example.org or share them via Twitter @Brighouse_Echo.
