SLIDESHOW: Weird and wonderful creations at Hebden Bridge’s dog fashion parade

Cool canines were on parade in Hebden Bridge’s very own fashion show as they vyed for the coveted ‘Vivienne Westwoof’ award on Saturday.

From a Lurcher dressed as a gangster rapper to a Chihuahua called Dave dressed as the Pope, the couture and often wacky outfits gave the catwalks of London, Paris, Milan and New York a run for their money.

The event, masterminded by dog walkers Catherine Plane, who runs Diamond Dogs and Rachel Jones, who runs Dotty for Dogs, raised a fantastic £950 for those affected by the devastating Boxing Day floods.
