Now, her partner Jamie Robson, friends and family have set up Sinead’s Cancer Care, which will benefit other charities and organisations helping those battling the disease.

“After she was diagnosed, every time we met anyone or organisations to help us, Sinead said we need to do something and fund raise for them,” said Jamie. “I’ve never seen so much passion to help all these charities.

“This is why we have set up this charity as a final gift to her.

“The support we have already got is absolutely overwhelming.”

Sinead’s cancer care is in the process of being registered a charity and hope to complete the process later this year.

Knowing that one of Sinead’s favourite stories was Alice in Wonderland, Bridge End House Day Nursery rganised a Mad Hatters tea Party in her memory.

“Sinead had been an integral part of our team since the age of sixteen and was loved and respected by all the team members,” said Karena Skinner from the nursery.

“Even after becoming a qualified teacher and being diagnosed Sinead continued to support the nursery with lots of advice and research, keeping her very much part of us here at Bridge End.”
