The Royal School of Church Music Festival returns to Leeds Town Hall this month after more than 50 years.
Dr Simon Lindley (pictured right) will direct singers from across the north of England as well as the choirs of Wakefield, Sheffield and Bradford Cathedrals and the Minster Churches of West and South Yorkshire.
The service on Saturday, September 28 will be entitled The Whole Company of Heaven.
The festival supports a worldwide network of more than 8,000 churches, schools and individuals and is committed to achieving the best use of good music in workship.
Dr Lindley is well-known for his work with choirs and bands in addition to his organ playing as soloist, accompanist and orchestral organist.
The concert starts at 3pm and admission is free.
