OVERGATE Hospice is making an urgent appeal for runners in the Leeds half marathon next month.
A limited number of places are available in the run on May 13 and all runners are asked to do is pledge to raise £50 for the Elland hospice.
People taking part will receive a Hospice Hares running park which includes an Overgate running vest.
The closing date for entrants is April 23 and 20 per cent of the money each person raises will go to the Jane Tomlinson Foundation which is organising the run. The rest of the money will go directly to the hospice.
