British Transport Police (BTP) officers are asking for the public’s help to identify two men who they believe worked together to steal a woman’s purse at Leeds railway station.

The purse, which contained £60 in cash, a number of cards and a driving license, was stolen just after 11.45am on Monday, August 4.

The victim, a 21-year-old woman from Keighley, was in the travel centre at Leeds station and had placed her wallet on the counter while she completed a form.
