Police investigating an incident of violent disorder involving a number of men in Halifax town centre on June 29 have released CCTV images of a man who they are trying to trace

Ten men from Brighouse, Huddersfield and Bradford have been released on police bail following a mass brawl in Halifax town centre.

They were arrested in connection with the incident, which happened in Waterhouse Street at 3.15am on Sunday, June 29.

A gang of men allegedly kicked and punched another group of men, leaving three unconscious.

Police officers released CCTV images and are trying to identify the man pictured who they would like to speak to in connection with this incident.

Detective Constable Simon Jenkinson, of Calderdale CID, said: “I would urge anyone who recognises the man in these CCTV images to call Calderdale CID on 101. Similarly, I would urge this man himself to make contact with police.”
