Police have released this e-fit after attakc on 14-year-old girl in Rastrick

POLICE appealing for witnesses after a 14 year old girl was assaulted have released an efit of a man they want to speak to in connection with the incident.

The incident happened on Chapel Croft, Rastrick just before 7am on Thursday 18 October 2012 when a man ran up behind her and attacked her.

She then fought back and screamed for help and the man made off towards Crowtrees Lane.

He is described as white, aged in his late 30s, of slim build and between 5’8” - 6’ tall.

He had blonde hair and sideburns down to his chin.
