Pantomime season begins

PANTOMIME season has got underway in Rastrick.

Last night St Matthew’s Church Theatrical Society went ahead with their show of Cinderella after the show was cancelled on Tuesday night. The society was forced to cancel the show after 15 members of the cast were affected by a tummy bug.

The show will run at the parish centre in Crowtrees Lane at 7.15pm tonight and tomorrow and on Saturday at 2.15pm and 7.15pm. To check availability of tickets call 01484 710846.

Meanwhile St John’s Church pantomime in Rastrick will start on Monday. The show is Dick Whittington and will take place at the church hall in Gooder Lane at 7.15pm Monday to Friday and on Saturday at 2pm and 7pm. For tickets call 01484 719143.
