NHS team’s five steps for a healthy Easter

Have your say

NHS Calderdale’s Clinical Commissioning Group is advising people to take five simple steps to look after their health and prepare for the Easter holiday period.

By making sure they have a supply of over the counter medicines, knowing when their GP surgery is open, using their local pharmacy, checking their repeat prescriptions, and using the 111 service for health advice, people can ensure they make the most of the Easter holiday weekend.

This year many GP surgeries across Calderdale will close for four days from Good Friday, April 18, to Easter Monday, April 21, before re-opening on Tuesday, April 22.
