Church seeks views on improving its grounds

ACTION is being taken to improve St Matthew’s Churchyard in Lightcliffe.

Rev Kathryn Buck, vicar at the church in Wakefield Road, said they would like people to share their ideas and views at a meeting on Monday, February 20.

“The church has wanted to improve the churchyard for some time, but we would like this to be something that involves and benefits the wider community,” she said.

The meeting will take place from 7.30pm in the Nyamatare room, St Matthew’s Church.
