Appeal after robbery in Elland

Police appealing for witness to trace two men in connection with a robbery in Elland.

The robbery occurred on Brooksbank Gardens on 7pm on Monday March 4.

Detectives would like to speak to two men seen in the Brooksbank area that evening.

One is described as white, in his mid 30s, about 5ft 8ins tall, of skinny build and wearing black tracksuit trousers and a black hooded top.

The second man is described as black, about 29-years-old, between 6ft 1in and 6ft 2ins tall, of medium build and wearing a black woolly hat, black hooded jacket, black tracksuite trousers and trainers.

It is thought the men were seen on Brooksbank Gardens at around 6pm and then slightly later in the carpark of the Fleece public house.

Any witnesses are asked to contact DC Louise Halliwell of Calderdale CID on 101.
