LEE Marshall, who owns a leading Halifax restaurant, is to take up residency at Crow Nest Park Golf club, Brighouse.
The new management team at the Hove Edge course has announced The Design House Restaurant have agreed to take over the franchise for the clubhouse and will move in on June 20.
Crow Nest Park`s managing director Les Holmes said: “This is a really exciting development and will be really well received by our members.
“The club has benefitted from a number of awards on the golfing front, it`s now an expectation that the high standards will be equalled by the quality of food and service on offer.”
He added: “I think the lunchtime two course fixed price lunch for £6.95, will be really well received by both members and residents.”
The team aims to provide a full in house bar and catering facility for the members, as well as operating a restaurant from the club’s Rookery conservatory.
It is anticipated the restaurant will be open on lunchtimes Monday to Saturday from 10.00am until 2.00pm and evenings Tuesday to Saturday 5.00pm until 8.30pm.
On Wednesday evenings and on Sundays 12pm to 5pm a carvery will be available for £10, on a buy one get one free basis.
The restaurant is open to the public but booking is advisable.
