Fun for all at the annual sign on day for new players

Brighouse Juniors Football Club is holding its annual presentation/signing on day from 10am until 5pm on Saturday, June 8, at Broad Oak, Halifax Road, Hove Edge.

There will be a bouncy castle, human football, soak your manager, penalty shootout, barbecue, refreshments and much more throughout the day with a visit from Huddersfield Town mascot Terry the Terrier.

Anyone wishing to sign on for any age group should come on the day.

The club is hoping to encourage girls along to this year’s signing on day. They have two girls only teams, under-12s and under-14s and will welcome girls to the mixed sex younger age groups. And the club is holding a girls only, two day soccer school during the summer break with dates to be confirmed.

Anyone wanting more information on the summer camp should contact Richard Brearley on 07917774673 or speak to them on the day.

All players from the 2012-2013 season will be receiving medals and trophies for their efforts.

The evening will see parents and grandparents enjoying an evening of entertainment provided by Chicago Joe’s at Rastrick Bowling Club.

Anyone wanting more information should contact Lisa Whiteley on 07590 064934.
