School life: Lightcliffe Academy’s Geography pupils enjoyed field trip

Lightcliffe Academy’s year 12 students studying A level Geography enjoyed a two day trip to the Cranedale Centre in North Yorkshire.

They studied Scarborough to investigate how it has changed over time and how they perceive Scarborough. Also included in the educational visit was exploring Dalby Forest taking measurements on a river’s catchment area and examining vegetation near the source of the river.
