Every year the School celebrates it’s founding in 1648 with a service at Coley Church and a harvest collection.

This year a focus was on the three founders after whom the School’s houses are named: Broadley, Lister and Sunderland.

It was fitting that the Interhouse quiz held in the afternoon was won by Broadley, named after Matthew Broadley who left money in his will to start the School off.

Harvest collections were delivered to the Halifax drop-in centre.
