A rock concert held in Holmfirth in aid of the Laura Crane Youth Cancer Trust raised £4,000.
The concert was organised by music-lover Diane Wade, of Copley, Halifax, who is a trustee of the charity.
More than 300 people attended the concert and there were performances from tribute acts Are You Experienced?, Roxyrama and The Petty Heartbreakers.
The trust was set up in tribute to former Brighouse High School student Laura Crane who died of cancer two weeks after her 17th birthday.
Helen Mervill, fundraising manager, said: “The gig was a tremendous music-filled marathon. There was a fantastic atmosphere at Holmfirth Picturedrome and the crowd continued to dance, sing and cheer until the very end.
“We are thrilled with the success of the evening and with the funds raised and thank all those involved.”
Diane became a trustee after three young people in her family suffered from cancer.
