Fifth man charged with Rastrick Co-op burglary

A man appeared in court charged with the burglary of a Rastrick Co-operative store.

Around £6,400 worth of cigarettes and alcohol was stolen from the Highfield Road store on March 24.

Carl Andrew Spink of Telford Terrace, Leeds, indicated a not guilty plea at the Calderdale Magistrates hearing.

The 26-year-old was bailed until June 10 when he’ll appear for a preliminary case management hearing at Bradford Crown Court with Joshua Wanna, Billy Kirby, Jason Jones and James Hawkins.
